Cancellation Policy

Our Flosky Hair Design policy allows us to ensure the optimum day to day running of our salon. The cancellation policy gives us a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot. We hope you understand the importance of having this policiy in place and appreciate the cooperation of our clients.

We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointment confirmation text messages are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment, however it is best to make note of your appointment time and day upon booking. We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations and rescheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 07 3132 8543 or respond to your appointment confirmation text message.

A $50 deposit is required for new clients and all online bookings. Any clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the salon to cancel their appointment), will be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure your next appointment. Your deposit is not an extra charge, it is simply held on your account and taken off your final bill.

Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period may result in the loss of your deposit. Flosky Hair Design will not issue any refunds following a “no show” appointment.

We are a small business and the time we put aside for you is respected and important to us and we ask you to please treat your booking with the same courtesy and respect.
